What are the advantages of storing at your facility?

Our facilities are brand new with extra wide doors to enter, electrical outlets, automatic door openers, lighting, security cameras, and pest control. We are just 3 miles from Branched Oak and Pawnee Lakes and Campgrounds! Our facilities are convenient, you can pickup when you go, drop off when you go home. Fast highway access to facility. Very Competitive Rates.

Are there any discounts for paying in advance?

Yes, if you pay a year in advance you will get a month free.

Can I work on my vehicle, camper, or boat inside of my unit while it's stored there?

Yes. If you work inside of the unit or store anything that may leak, please place a tarp, cardboard material, or something else that will protect the floors. No painting of any kind is allowed inside or outside of the units.

Is there electricity inside your units?

Yes.

Do you send monthly invoices?

No.

Do you insure my property while is it stored at your facility?

No. Contact your insurance company and ask if your property is insured while in storage.

Do I need to give notice when moving out?

Yes, at the minimum 30 days notice is required.

If I move in during the middle of the month, is the fee prorated?

Yes, if we have received a 30 days notice.  

What are the move-in procedures?

You’ll provide us with some basic information, such as name, contact information, address, etc.

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the first of the month.

What happens if my rent is late?

We allow you a grace period of 6 days. If your rent is not paid by the 7th of the month, we will charge you a $10 late fee. If your rent is not paid by the end of the month, your storage unit will be locked up, and you will have to pay a $50 opening fee.
